Yesterday was chaotic, even before the release of results. We left for breakfast around 10+ and made our way to Causeway Point for KFC. After we had our full, we walked around aimlessly and then I decided to buy something for Uncle's birthday which falls on the 13th (tomorrow, that is). Since I did not know what to buy for him as a present, I decided to buy something he really needs.
Since I'm going for a three days two night camp, I will be back on Friday evening. (Which sucks like 50% because I'm not totally ready for camps right now since I'm having my menses, and I don't feel like studying, but class is next Monday.) Not to mention we haven't even take a look at laptops for school usage. I'm sure we're going to find it soon, but I have something else to take care of now.
The letter came yesterday night. And I was jumping for joy when I received it. I love camps, but I have my own exceptions. I don't mix around well on first-day-meeting basis and I'll be a non-existent person participating in the camp. I just hope I don't get overshadowed and find a friend from my course soon.
I think 2010 is a good year for me. Results came out pretty well. I don't have distinctions, passing all 7 subjects is really good for me. I improved a lot and even though 20 points is quite a big number, I shall get over it and have a new start at my new school. And so.. I have my resolutions ready for 2010. (Since my resolutions got cut out by Blogger, I don't have a single energy to type them out again.)
Like yesterday night, tonight was a memorable night, too. We had a small celebration yesterday night. Oreo cake, steaks and confetti. Nothing could get better than that. Tonight, I gave Uncle his birthday present because I couldn't pass it to him tomorrow since I'll be in school enjoying camp. He loved the present, hugged it and used it to wipe away his tears. He didn't expect any presents from me, except the Father's Day present I bought for him last two years. I'm glad he really liked it. :) Aunt was jealous. Because Uncle's presents were much more expensive than her's, I'm sure to get a much more expensive gift this year for Aunt, and I should start saving now.
I wish the very best for everyone of you. May you have a blissful year. :D And see you on Friday. I'm going to make sure I'll update about the camp. I'm not sure if there're going to be a lot of activities, but the items that we have to bring seems so little and I feel a bit awkward about that. I hope I've got everything ready for the camp and not forget anything. And not to forget, I'm going to get my new ez-link card tomorrow at the registration. WOW!
